About Me

I was born in Santa Monica, California and come from a family that has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years. After moving my practice to Arizona just over 10 years ago, I found a need for experienced agents that have been through the highs and lows of other challenging markets.  As many of you know, as California goes, so does Arizona. Our relationship and location to the third largest GNP in the world cannot be understated. My experience and knowledge of the California real estate market has been one of the most valuable assets that I offer my clients. 

Arizona is not a well kept secret anymore.  We actually have all kinds of terrific weather, no earthquakes or hurricanes and we are really only super hot 3 months out of the year! We absolutly have the best winter weather in the country. Excellent schools, dozens of golf courses, resorts, spas, Major League Baseball Spring Training, awesome restaurants, art galleries and more. Arizona offers residents world class cultural, sporting (4 major sports teams) and entertainment activities, but also several master planned communities for growing families, and a dynamic downtown area for active singles and couples.  Combined with an international airport and a booming economy with massive job growth, it is easy to see why Arizona has become one of the most popular places in the country to live and visit.

I would love to introduce the greater Phoenix area (Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Fountain Hills, and Peoria) to anyone who is relocating from other states. Ask me about second homes and investment property, I put my “money where my mouth is”, owning several homes in various states myself.
